Frequently Asked Questions
A few answers people usually want before they start. If yours is not here, send a request or email us.
How do I get started?
Use Request a Service and tell us about the business and what you need. We review every request, then email you with the next step. Sending a request does not start paid work or create a contract.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the pages, features, and whether you need a new site, a revamp, hosting, or automation. We quote after we understand the work. There is no fixed public price list because two businesses rarely need the same thing.
How long does a project take?
A small site can move in a few weeks. A fuller website, a revamp, or automation takes longer. The timeline in your proposal is the working plan. Delays usually come from missing content, late feedback, or extra features added mid-way.
Do I need to provide content, photos, and a logo?
Yes, you supply the words, images, brand files, and approvals we need, unless we agreed otherwise in writing. You confirm you have permission to use everything you send. We can help tidy copy and layout once the material is with us.
What is the client portal for?
Once a project is accepted, we open a portal for that work. You can follow milestones, share the brief and brand files, read the agreement, and see invoices or receipts. Sign in from the website when we invite you.
Can you work on a website I already have?
Yes. We can fix, improve, or rebuild an existing site. You will need authorised administrator access, or be able to get it. A small repair is different from a full redesign, so we agree the scope before we start.
Do you handle domain, hosting, and email?
We can help with domain, DNS, hosting, SSL, and business email. Those services often have their own yearly fees, which can change at renewal. We will tell you the known cost before you approve.
What do you mean by AI automation?
Repeat work that currently takes time: follow-ups, moving information between tools, or a process that should run without you watching it. Automation jobs usually have a few phases: understand the process, build and connect it, then hand it over.
How do payments work?
We send invoices for the agreed fee, often with a deposit before work starts. Payments shows the project total, how much has been paid, and what is still remaining. You can pay an open invoice online, or by transfer. After a successful payment, a receipt is issued automatically and also appears in Payments.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
After the agreed fee is paid, you own the finished site we built for you, along with the content you supplied. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins, and hosting stay under their own licences. Full terms are on the Terms & Agreement page.
